St. George University School of Medicine

Laurier’s pathway to the St. George University School of Medicine (SGU), allows students to apply at any time from their acceptance at Laurier to post-graduation — without needing the MCAT. Students benefit from experiential learning like cadaver labs and interactive teaching instruction. Graduates of this program have experienced very strong residency placements, with SGU boasting a 91% success rate over the past three years.

American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine

Laurier’s partnership with the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine (AUC) offers a supportive learning environment with small class sizes and a close-knit community. The AUC offers a guaranteed admission interview exclusively to Laurier students, and is world-renowned for its cutting-edge virtual simulations and top-tier academics. AUC has an astounding 98% first-time residency placement rate for recent graduates.
