Animal Care Centre

The Animal Care Centre at Davis Campus, certified by the Canadian Council on Animal Care, offers facilities for Sheridan students in the Animal Care and Veterinary Technician programs to develop their skills in a setting similar to real veterinary offices. Fully equipped with resources like blood analyzers, centrifuges, and other lab gear, students at the Animal Care Centre will get real, hands-on experience in caring for our furry friends.

Bruins Athletic Complex, Therapy Clinic, and Strength & Conditioning Facility

The Bruins Athletic Complex is a popular spot year 'round, as Sheridan students play varsity and intramural sports, take fitness classes, and pump iron to have fun and stay in shape.

The Athletic Therapy Clinic, active since 1973, is a working lab environment that gives students in the Bachelor of Athletic Therapy program the chance to develop their skills working with real patients. Sheridan students and staff get big discounts, including free follow-up treatments, while members of the broader community pay just $15 per appointment. The clinic is run by fourth-year students, supervised by two Certified Athletic Therapists, so you can be certain you're in good hands.

Davis Campus in Brampton is even home to a huge Strength & Conditioning Facility, where Athletic Therapy students, along with their peers in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, use modern equipment to train young athletes. Third- and fourth-year students train clients under supervision of a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Centre for Healthy Communities

The Centre for Healthy Communities is the hub for applied health programs at Sheridan. The state-of-the-art teaching labs offer health students an immersive education in a realistic setting.

Both the Athletic Therapy Clinic and the Strength and Conditioning Facility are housed within the Centre for Healthy Communities in Brampton.

Centre for Intelligent Manufacturing

The Centre for Intelligent Manufacturing is an enormous space dedicated to training the next generation of manufacturing experts. With a robotics lab, a huge array of 3D printing gear (the best of any college or university in Canada!) and specialized equipment to enable rapid prototyping, this unique centre allows engineering students to engage with industry needs and address the manufacturing challenges of tomorrow.

Magna Skilled Trades Centre

The Magna Skilled Trades Centre is a new, cutting-edge facility at Davis Campus in Brampton, devoted entirely to educating the next generation of skilled tradespeople and apprentices. Electrical, plumbing, welding, precision machining, and more are taught by industry experts using real-world materials. (With hundreds of thousands of tradespeople retiring over the coming years, Canada's in need of new talent, so if you're looking for your path, consider the skilled trades!)

Nursing and Pharmacy Labs

Davis Campus' Nursing Lab is modeled after a real-world hospital ward to give Practical Nursing students plenty of hands-on experience treating patients. Using advanced, life-like mannequins, and modern hospital equipment, nursing students practice their skills, preparing them for the challenges of real healthcare settings.

The Pharmacy Labs at Sheridan are built for Pharmacy Technician students to practice everything from preparing to packaging, to labeling and dispensing of medications. The labs focus on hands-on learning, so students will be ready to step into their pharmacy careers with confidence.

Osteopathy Care Clinic

The Osteopathy Care Clinic is the newest healthcare facility at Davis Campus. The Honours Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy program is the first of its kind in Canada, and Brampton community members can visit the clinic to receive student-led osteopathic care under supervision of Sheridan's qualified Osteopathic Manual Practitioners.
