Description:

This one-year certificate or two-year diploma program will prepare students to effectively manage all aspects of the major HRM functions in First Nation communities and organizations including job design/job analysis, recruitment/ selection, training/development, compensation/benefits, performance management, and compliance with labour legislation. This program is designed to accommodate learners who are currently employed so the can choose to complete a one year Certificate or a 2 year Diploma.

    Senior 4 or equivalent standing, or Mature student with a combination of education and experience
