NWCAV is a chef owned and designed professional chef training school. Our intensive and challenging courses include professional culinary, professional pastry and bread making, and industry practicum.

Our school expertise includes French basics and contemporary influences, relevant and current, learner-based curriculum, European-style island cooking stations, and greater hands-on practice.
