For more than 20 years, people have dined and fallen in love with the Elliott House Restaurant, an 1800’s Mississauga landmark farmhouse renovated to maintain its history and to present some of the finest cuisine possible. Today, the Elliott House is the home of The Culinary Arts School of Ontario, proudly training people from around the world through professional training in the culinary arts. Graduates of our chef school have become part of a great culinary tradition of excellence with skills that set them apart from the competition in a demanding and ever changing hospitality industry. The school is located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, just west of Toronto and minutes from the communities of Brampton, Etobicoke, and Oakville. Mississauga has become one of the fastest growing multicultural communities in Canada. This perfect multicultural environment draws students from all over the world. Here they will find a common bond in their love of fine food and passion in creating beautiful and delicious culinary art.
