Notes for Canadian Students

All Canadian high school students applying to the University of Guelph-Humber will be automatically considered for our Renewable Entrance Scholarship. The scholarship offer will be made with the offer of admission to students who meet the eligibility requirements. Whether a scholarship offer is made with the offer of admission or not, all eligible students will be re-considered in July and have the opportunity to qualify or better their award.

First year award levels:
95%+ - $5,000
90-94.5% - $4,000
85-89.9% - $3,000
80-84.9% - $2,000
75-79.9% - $1,000.

Canadian applicants with an admission average of 90%+ may apply for the $36,000 Founders' Academic Merit Scholarship. This scholarship recognizes high academic achievement and superior leadership. Ten scholarships available annually. Each recipient is eligible to receive $9,000 per academic year over four years of full-time study, for a total of $36,000. Notes for International Students

Our International Student Entrance Scholarship offers international students financial support toward tuition based on final admission average (including required subjects). The scholarship ranges from $4,500 to $8,500 (CAD). Applicants to full-time programs will automatically be considered for this scholarship. Grades will be converted to the Canadian equivalent to determine admission averages. See guelphhumber.ca/tuition-support/entrance-scholarships for full details.

Please note: international transfer students are eligible for the Transfer Student Entrance Scholarship, which ranges from $2,000 to $5,000 (CAD), depending on admission average. For full details, visit guelphhumber.ca/tuition-support/entrance-scholarships.
