Procedure for Canadian Students

Ontario students apply using an OUAC 101 form. Non-Ontario residents or students who have completed a Grade 12 diploma in any Canadian province or territory apply using an OUAC 105D form. Supplemental applications are used for most programs at McMaster.

Notes:McMaster University runs on a three term system, which combines the 'semestered' and 'non-semestered' formats. Fall/Winter Session First term: September to December Second term: January to April Third term: September to April Spring/Summer Session First term: early May to mid June Second term: mid June to early August Third term: early May to early August Full-time students can start their studies in September only. Part-time students can begin their studies in September, January, May, or July. Please note that limited enrolment programs are available in September only. Contact the Admissions Office for details.
