- Applicants must have high school graduation with most recent transcripts, and be at least 18 years of age. - Most current resume with cover-letter - Music and or recording experience is strongly recommended - A 300-word essay detailing your interests, goals, experience, and inspiration regarding your chosen career. - All applicants require a personal interview with the head administrator either in person or on the phone. - A personality suited for an extremely challenging career and the ability to work well with others
