Description:

This program focuses on molecular structures and the processes of cellular life and their roles in the function, reproduction, and development of living organisms. In the first two years of the program, you’ll concentrate on topics in genetics, microbiology, and plant molecular genetics; after that you can pursue your own area of focus. This program can be taken as part of a BSc Honors or BSc Specialization degree.

The Bachelor of Science Honors degree provides excellent training in one specific subject. As an Honors student, you will focus on one main field of study and must maintain a higher standard of academic achievement than students in a General or Specialization program. This is the best program if you plan to pursue a higher degree or a research-based or academic career.
