Human resource professionals seek to provide the right quantity of qualified people who fit with the organization to meet the ongoing business plans and future strategy for the organization. Taking into account labour laws, regulations, and ethical business practices, they seek to maximize employee motivation, commitment, and productivity.

High school graduation including 5 full credits at the Grade 12 level.
