Are you interested in gaining industry experience while you learn about engineering in college? Our three-year Electronics Engineering Technology program, combined with its optional Co-op industry placement, will help you realize your dreams in engineering.
Graduates of this program may assume various career paths, including those of electronics technologists, field service technologists, automation specialists, or quality control technologists. Upon graduation, you can assume any role where you can apply your skills in designing, developing, assembling, installing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating electronic circuits and systems. |

Applicants must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, OR 19 years of age or older with mature student status (See Mature Student definition for details.), Grade 12 compulsory English, C or U, or equivalent, OR Conestoga College Preparatory Communications (COMM1270), and Grade 12 Mathematics, C or U (MCT4C or MHF4U or MCV4U or MDM4U), or equivalent, or Conestoga College Preparatory Mathematics for Technology & Apprenticeship (MATH1385). The minimum acceptable grade for MDM4U is 70%. Applicants with MAP4C will not be considered for admission to this program. They may be considered after writing the Conestoga College Math Pre-Admissions test. Minimum grade cut-offs apply. Applicants with MAP4C may be given an alternate offer to the one-year Technology Foundations program which serves as a preparatory pathway into this program. |
