The NAIT Culinary Arts program provides students with relevant, high-quality culinary training. Our grads are in demand for a variety of career opportunities in leading hotels, restaurants and catering facilities. Our students get real-world experience through hands-on training in the state-of-the-art Hokanson Centre for Culinary Arts, preparing the dishes served in Ernest's, NAIT's acclaimed fine dining restaurant, and participating in work experience placements

Applicants must have successfully completed Grade 10 English, and Grade 10 Math (10, 13, Applied, Pure, 10-3, 10C), with a 60% overall average in Grade 12 English and Math (30-1 or 30-2 or Applied Math 30 or Pure Math 30) or successful completion of NAIT's Professional Meat Cutting and Merchandising program.
