Description:

The BA (Hons) Business and Finance degree at Lincoln aims to equip students with the tools and knowledge to operate in a range of business environments, and to develop a broad understanding of business and finance from an international perspective. The program introduces business and finance theory including the importance of data analysis, legal knowledge, marketing, and operations. Modules are designed to enable students to develop the ability to apply learning to practical situations.

This course provides exemptions from elements of examination for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Depending on the exemptions sought, students may be required to undertake specific modules. Other exemptions are achieved upon completion of the course. These include: Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Papers F1, F2 and F3 on completion of the degree, and F9 on completion of modules Financial Management and Advanced Financial Management.
