|Description:||The most valuable resources of any business are the people who work there – the human resources. Business and government leaders now recognize that human resources must be managed more effectively if companies are to increase productivity in today’s competitive market. Human Resources graduates have been trained to assist in the HR development process.
The student also has an opportunity in the program to take a minor specialization in either accounting or marketing through their business elective selections (BELE 3000, 4000).

- Grade11 Mathematics
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with the majority of Grade 11 and 12 courses at the C, U or M level including the following prerequisites:
Grade 12 English at the C or U level
Grade 11 Math at the C, U or M level
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (Computer Based) [min. 213] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 78] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.5] or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 60]
|Additional Admission Requirements:||Apply to college as soon as the application is available in October. Applications received on or before the Equal Consideration Date will be given equal consideration. This is particularly important if you are applying to a program that is in high demand or oversubscribed; that is, a program for which the number of qualified applicants exceeds the number of seats available. After the Equal Consideration Date, applications are considered on a first-come, first served basis.
