- Grade12 English
- Grade12 Principles of Mathematics or Grade12 Applied Mathematics or Grade12 Precalculus
- Grade11 Physics
Applicants must have: two years of education in English in an English-speaking country with one of the following: English 12 (67%) or 3.0 credits of post-secondary English, humanities or social sciences (67%) from a recognized institution; and one of the following: a BCIT Diploma in Architectural and Building Technology or an equivalent diploma from another institution in Canada with: a minimum of 60.0 credits in architectural technology or related coursework, and a minimum 70% average in architectural technology courses. BCIT will assess architectural technology, building technology or other engineering technology diplomas from other institutions for equivalency on an individual basis.
- Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 70] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.5] or Cambridge English for Speakers of Other Languages: Certificate in Advanced English [min. B] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 86]
|Additional Admission Requirements:||Applicants will be required to submit a portfolio that includes examples of varied work. Pieces are to be student projects from former education or industry-related work and should demonstrate a cross section of skills. Examples of design-related work such as photography, fashion, art work, sculpture, graphics, painting, etc. that demonstrate highly-developed design skills can be included in the portfolio.
