Life Technologies 9
The Life Technologies program is divided into five equal units, with students rotating through each: career guidance, woodworking, drafting, automotives, and food preparation/sewing. Students rotate through these units during the two semesters.

Home Economics 10
The course is divided into three units of study: decision making, foods, and clothing. Throughout the course students examine personal abilities and potentials, and become aware of personal values, goals, standards, and decisions, which affect their life situations. Students are responsible for purchasing their own sewing supplies. A fee is charged.

Food Studies 30
This course touches on international cuisine, entertaining, food additives, foods safety course, and exploring careers. A fee is charged.
