Description:

This cohort-based program develops the research capacity and leadership skills of educators who are currently working in K-12 contexts and will equip them for innovative practice in their schools. The graduates of our program are well placed to make carefully considered and evidence-based decisions as educational leaders in the B.C. K-12 system.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    A bachelor's degree with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0/4.33 (B), or a grade point average of at least 3.33/4.33 (B+) based on the last 60 credits of undergraduate courses from a recognized university, or the equivalent is required. In exceptional cases, applications will be considered where the applicant has followed an alternate educational path and the applicant has extensive experience in an educational or professional setting.
