Description:

Explore the world beneath the waves, and learn about the importance of the marine environment to the health of our planet. On this degree, you’ll study the variety of physical, chemical and biological process that power Earth’s rich underwater ecosystems, and how we can protect and engage with them responsibly and sustainably. You’ll also discover the key role that our oceans play in mitigating the ever-threatening issue of climate change. Our BSc Marine Sciences is ranked 25th for Earth and Marine Sciences by 'The Guardian 2022'.

Students studying for Canadian High School or Secondary School Diplomas, usually completing study in the twelfth grade, will be considered for entry to our undergraduate degree programmes. Most courses will require an overall score of between 70% and 80%.

For some disciplines, a slightly lower average percentage may be considered. Holders of the Diplome d'Etudes Collegiales (from Quebec) will also be considered.
