Osteopathic medicine combines the benefits of modern medicine with hands-on diagnosis through a system of therapy called osteopathic manipulative medicine. Osteopathic medicine focuses on helping people achieve wellness through disease prevention and health promotion.
In order to provide you with the highest level of osteopathic training possible, SRU has partnered with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). Through this partnership, once you have successfully completed specific course work at SRU, you may continue your education in Osteopathic Medicine at LECOM.
