We look at human resources management to give you the chance to understand the role it plays in business. As the course is an integrated Master’s you’ll be able to progress seamlessly from your undergraduate degree to Master’s level in just four years.

The course is designed to help develop you as a potential Human Resource Management (HRM) professional. We'll give you the chance to develop a range of HR skills and competence, and to build up your business acumen too. You’ll be given the opportunity to integrate academic knowledge with practice in the real world. You’ll be able to hear talks from visiting businesses, and you’ll be supported by leading academics while you study.
