Event Description

Our Law Masterclass Series is an opportunity to experience what it’s like to study Law at university level through a range of online taster lectures.

Each session will be hosted by one of our academics and will include opportunities to ask them any questions you may have about studying at our School of Law.

Think family law is just about splitting everything down the middle?

In this session, Jenny Watkins will pull back the curtain on how the split of assets operates in the real world. You’ll learn how family courts weigh human realities, like child welfare, earning disparities, and non-matrimonial wealth, to achieve true legal "fairness."
