Laurier offers over 100 undergraduate programs across three campuses located in Brantford, Milton and Waterloo. From Science to Music, Business to Education and more, you'll find the program that's perfect for you. Once you've picked a major to support your career goals, you can make your degree experience your own by adding an option or minor, applying for a paid co-op opportunity, or getting involved in research alongside faculty. Whether you already know which program you are applying to or need some time to figure it out, we're here to help you design a degree experience that's just right for you.
Residence is available on our Brantford and Waterloo campuses. All residence buildings are on or very near campus, which ensures you’re always close to classes, study spots and dining options.
We guarantee residence* on our Waterloo and Brantford campuses to all undergraduate students attending a postsecondary institution for the first time. To be eligible for the residence guarantee, your application needs to be received, including payment of your non-refundable $600 deposit by June 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Rooms are assigned based on preference and availability. You can request to live with a friend; otherwise, we'll do our best to pair you with a roommate who has habits similar to yours.

Starting to think about living off-campus for the upcoming academic year? Students should be starting to look for off-campus housing 8 months prior to their ideal move-in date to avoid being rushed and overwhelmed during the search process.
Remember, just because you live off-campus, that doesn't mean that you need to miss out on Laurier events. First years can connect with LOCUS and upper years can find events on the Student Events Calendar.

On the Waterloo campus, fitness and recreation facilities are available to all students, and access to the campus fitness centres is included in tuition. The Athletic Complex facilities include weights and cardio equipment; an Olympic-length pool; a rock-climbing wall; squash courts; a triple gym; and four dance and fitness studios. Ansley Alumni Field has a FIFA-certified artificial surface for intramural sports and club teams, while University Stadium is home to football, soccer, rugby and lacrosse. At the varsity sports level, there are 13 different varsity sports, for men and women, and every team (except football) holds open tryouts each year.
The Laurier Brantford YMCA has an aquatics centre with a two-tank pool, a double and a single gym, a fitness centre with state-of-the-art equipment and Wi-Fi capabilities for fitness programs, three studios, multi-purpose spaces, and a lounge for Laurier students. Access to the YMCA is included in student fees.

While our Laurier Milton campus may not have varsity teams (yet!), current students love getting together to do yoga, hike scenic lookouts like Rattlesnake Point and challenge themselves at a local indoor rock climbing and ninja warrior facility. Staying healthy, connected and energized is a regular part of campus life at Laurier Milton.
Intramurals and extramurals are great options for both the competitively and recreationally inclined. You can register with a group of your friends or meet new friends by registering on your own and being matched with a team.

Make the most out of your Laurier experience by joining a club. With more than 250 student-led clubs and associations, and the ability to start your own, there are endless opportunities to find a group that shares your interests.
Through Your Students' Union, you can explore active clubs, learn how to start a club, get event approval and more.
In Brantford, there are a variety of culturally focused student-led clubs and organizations active on the Brantford campus, as well as cultural celebrations such as Diwali, Lunar New Year and the annual Multicultural Gala. Students are encouraged to share and celebrate their culture, support is available from a variety of departments.
In Milton, explore the talent of local artisans and culture during Culture Days and enjoy a movie-going experience at the Milton Film Forum, a division of the Toronto International Film Festival. Explore public art with the Town of Milton's Public Art Map and experience interdisciplinary arts offerings at the FirstOntario Arts Centre.
In Waterloo, the Robert Langen Art Gallery is the university's visual arts centre and develops exhibitions, artist lectures and arts-related events with a variety of practitioners. The newly renovated Savvas Chamberlain Music Building is the main performance space for Laurier's Faculty of Music and regularly presents performances and concerts for the Laurier community. Laurier International provides a variety of cultural programming and events, such as Diwali and Lunar New Year celebrations. The various student-led clubs and associations also offer a variety of social and cultural activities. In the community, you can explore one of Waterloo Region's many museums, visit historical buildings each September during Doors Open, take part in a historic tour, or visit St. Jacob's Market, home of the country's largest farmers' market.
Advising and support services at Laurier are here to help you thrive and succeed. Our teams are comprised of the Student Success team, Academic Advising and the Accessible Learning. The Student Success team is here to help you realize and achieve your academic goals. We've got numerous workshops, one-on-one appointments, and online resources designed to help you succeed inside the classroom. Laurier's academic advisors will support and enable you to create, refine and realize an academic plan that is informed by and aligned with your goals and aspirations. Accessible Learning helps students with documented disabilities reach their full academic potential. The team provides tutoring assistance, learning strategy and assistive technology support, exam accommodation and alternate-format course materials.
Our International Student Advisors will support you with adjusting to life at Laurier and in Canada. They are also certified immigration advisors who can provide guidance and support on Canada's immigration rules and regulations, including study permits and visas.
The Student Wellness Centre is the home of all of Laurier's physical, emotional, and mental health services on campus.
The Special Constable Service provides services and training that helps maintain law, order and safety within our institution and community. Get involved with safety on campus by taking safety training or joining the student-run Foot Patrol or Emergency Response Team. The SAFEHawk app connects students with Special Constables and Foot Patrol, as well as provides other safety and wellness information.
The Centre for Student Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (CSEDI) works to cultivate a campus culture that respects and promotes equity, diversity, inclusion (EDI), and social justice in all areas of student life at Laurier. Through student-centered programming, resources, and community engagement, we support marginalized students and help foster a sense of belonging across campus.
