We offer self-catering furnished rooms across four sites. All self-contained single bedrooms have their own shower and toilet and a shared kitchen and dining area. Bicycle storage, wired and wifi internet connections, laundry facilities and utility bills are inclusive of rent. You are guaranteed University accommodation for your first year of study on condition you apply by the deadline.
If you decide to rent privately DUSA has a legal housing advisor to help you with any problems you might have and a website full of information on how to go about finding a private rent flat in Dundee. Their housing advisor can provide you with lease checks, your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, help with inventory and deposits, repair issues and other questions on housing matters.
