Incoming Students

Redeemer offers Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education degrees in a variety of majors and streams, preparing students for their different callings and careers.

Career Planning

The CELC offers opportunities to meet one-on-one with a Career Advisor to discuss a variety of career-related questions. To set up a meeting with an advisor, please contact celc@redeemer.ca or drop in at the centre and book in person. Career planning starts with gaining an understanding of your interests, skills, and abilities. Redeemer students have the opportunity to participate in two different vocational interest surveys: The Jackson Vocational Interest Survey and CliftonStrengths Assessment. Students can request to complete the surveys and they are encouraged to meet with a Career Advisor to discuss the testing results.

Activities

Redeemer focuses on the overall development of a student-athlete. We value you as both a student AND an athlete and want to see you succeed at both. Holistic development is central to an athlete's time at Redeemer and is critical to their success after they graduate. It is also the reason that Redeemer athletes have adopted the tagline 'Whatever you do...'. Whether on the court or in the classroom, we want our students to be identified by this tagline which comes from Colossians 3:23: "Whatever you do, work at it with your whole heart, as working for the Lord." Redeemer athletes wear this text on wristbands and training shirts to remind them that in everything they do, and in everything they pursue, it is Kingdom work, preparing them for their calling both on and off the court.
