DUC wants you to succeed in this endeavour and will support you along the way.

The objective of DUC career planning services is to help you explore the full scope of possibilities that are available to you as you begin planning your path to a meaningful career.

Activities

DUC is situated in the midst of a vibrant and growing multicultural and multilingual community in downtown Ottawa. The location affords students the opportunity to explore and to learn about a variety of cultures. The campus is also within easy walking distance of the capital’s main tourist attractions, such as the Parliamentary buildings, the Library and Archives, the Rideau Canal and the Byward Market, as well as Ottawa’s major cultural institutions, such as the National Gallery and the National Arts Centre.

During the school year, the student association organizes a number of activities, social outings, events and get-togethers.

Cultural

Ottawa is a vibrant, modern, city with both the charms of nature and the energy of urban life. It is very bicycle-friendly and the beautiful Gatineau Park is only minutes away. A dynamic student culture thrives within the city as the bilingual National Capital region is home to five universities and two colleges.
