Since 1997 Archer Preparatory College has provided education at the junior and secondary level (grades 7-12) to local and international students in a relaxed, friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Our newly renovated facilities are wheelchair accessible and include well-lit, air-conditioned classrooms, quiet study areas, media lab, art lab, science lab, resource center, full-service cafeteria and fitness centre. Student services include career counseling, homestay/residence placement and health insurance for international students, post-secondary application process and access to wireless internet.
Archer Preparatory College is a place where the individual student is a highly valued part of the school community and is encouraged to share his/her talents and ideas to enhance the spirit of diversified learning. Teacher mentors guide students along individualized learning paths which highlight academic and social strengths and encourage the development of the mind, body and spirit.

We encourage students to pursue extra-curricular activities to enrich their learning experience. Students have the opportunity to participate in the Media Club, Art Club, Drama Club, Fitness Club, Chess Club, Student Council and Social Action committee. We support students who show an interest in forming new student associations based on their diverse interests.
Technology is an important part of our curriculum, and therefore we offer students the opportunity to purchase their own laptops for educational use. This is the beginning phase of a project that will soon have all students and teachers using computer technology to communicate, conduct research, produce assignments, write exams and discover the endless possibilities that start with their personal laptops. The laptops will have access to Archer's wireless network and internet services. An information package will be provided to each student at registration.
