Vancouver Community College has a proud history of providing high quality programs to Canadian and international students. VCC also prepares students for future learning through tailored pathways:

• Career retraining – immigrant settlement and integration
• Adult basic education and adult special education

Areas of Expertise

Offers a wide array of educational programming from adult upgrading and university transfer programs to apprentice and career training. VCC offers 78 certificates, 28 diplomas and 3 bachelor’s degrees in a variety of career disciplines including: health; hospitality and applied business; transportation, and other skilled trades.

Visit these VCC areas to support your current or future career journey. VCC Student Service Centre – Meet with a Counsellor to discover your career goals and manage job-search stress. Talk to an advisor to plan an educational path to help you meet your career goals. VCC Learning Centre – Visit a tutor to get help with your resume and cover letter writing process, or to practice job interview skills. VCC Library – Ask a librarian to help you access career and job hunting related books, videos and articles available in the library in print and online.


VCC students are represented by the Students' Union of Vancouver Community College.

Information Technology

VCC has a number of computer labs and audio labs on both campuses. Computers are also available in the libraries and learning centres.

Special Services

VCC has B.C.'s most comprehensive Braille and Deaf & Hard of Hearing assistance department. VCC's Indigenous Education and Community Engagement team offers friendly, helpful, one-stop student support in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. We are dedicated to creating a safe and empowering environment for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis learners.
