Welcome to Prana Yoga College, established in 1982. Our teacher training programs are certified by the Yoga Alliance and are fully accredited by PCTIA, the independent body governing post-secondary education in British Columbia. Our college is unique in this regard, and as such, students are now eligible for student loans through BCSAP, the British Columbia Student Assistance Program. Please note these are only applicable toward the full 500 hour, three month program.

We offer a variety of international programs. For new students, we offer both a 200 hour program as well as a 500 hour program. For 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teachers, we offer a 300 hour program bringing them up to the 500 hour level.

Graduates of Prana Yoga Teacher College are regularly informed of local and international job opportunities.

Prana Yoga Teacher College has just made history by becoming fully accredited as a college. The first Yoga Teacher Training Organization in the world (outside of India), this designation took over three years to achieve. This important step highlights the accepted popularity of yoga training and the serious level of instruction available to students of this particular program.
