Kingston Learning Centre proudly celebrates its 24th year in 2006 and has been registered as a Private Career College since 1990. Starting September 2006, KLC boasts nine campuses at Kingston, Belleville, Cornwall, Ottawa, Richmond Hill, Smiths Falls, Toronto, Whitby, and Windsor. KLC operates as a Private Career College under the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities. Our success is based on an extremely high local employment rate of 80%.
Kingston Learning Centre is a Private Career College operating within the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities. All diploma programs are fully accredited and recognized by such professional organizations as the Ontario Dental Nurses and Assistants Association, Ontario College of Pharmacists, Ontario Nursing Home Association, Medical Secretaries Association, and the ACCESS Travel Counsellor Endorsement.

Kingston Learning Centre prides itself on its career oriented, practical courses, but equally important to a new career path are the interpersonal skills of the student. Employers demand superior job skills. However, they also expect excellence in attitude, dependability, and enthusiasm. Our courses allow the student to demonstrate these qualities in all of their practical applications and classroom settings with these skills being graded on a regular basis.
Finding a new career path is a job in itself. Being prepared is the key. Kingston Learning Centre offers a full career directions program. Our student advisor will work with you to identify and explore career goals. Career assessment testing can also be provided to assist in setting goals that are right for you.
All courses include job readiness training, resume preparation, job search, and interviewing skills. This directs the student to finding the hidden job market and increasing community contacts. KLC programs offer the student hands on job training to enhance job skills and ability, as well as to promote employment opportunities.
KLC supports the graduate with unlimited job search support through resume updating, employer referrals, and job counselling. We encourage our graduates to return to KLC to upgrade their skills as the job market demands.
Kingston Learning Centre has state of the art computer labs with full Internet access for students enrolled in our computer related courses.
