The Edmonton Fine-Art Bartending School was founded in 1983 for the professional and thorough training of individuals interested in the beverage service. Part of a collective of five in Western Canada, the school is one of the largest, best-established and most influential bartending school in the country. Thousands of their students have obtained bartending jobs world-wide upon graduation.

The school offers training in both commercial and flair bartending, and is affiliated with Cowboys for the benefit of commercial bartending graduates.
