We can help you prepare for a successful career in the culinary arts field. Through our twelve month program, you can train as a professional cook with qualifications for employment in the food service industry including hotels, restaurants, cruise ships, catering companies, institutions, hospitals and care facilities. When you graduate from our program, you will be qualified to write the Level One Apprenticeship Training exam and, if you choose, become an indentured cook apprentice in accordance with the Industry Training Authority.
The school specializes in work-based chef training.
