The Martijn Zwart Fund was established for the promotion of neerlandism in the United States and Canada. The fund provides a financial contribution to promising students and researchers of US or Canadian nationality to pursue education at Utrecht University.

Utrecht University is a designated educational institution for the purposes of certifying Canadian Student Loan applications.
