Applicants to full-time programs who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents may be eligible for financial assistance through the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP). For more information, call the Financial Assistance Office at (416) 415-5000, ext. 2476. New OSAP forms are usually available each spring around March or April and are available at high schools or by calling (416) 415-2000 or toll free at 1-800-265-2002. OSAP information workshops are given during the summer (from May to July) by staff in the Financial Assistance Office of George Brown College to answer questions and assist student in completing the OSAP form.
Students who study on a part-time basis (less than 60% of a full-time program) may qualify for funding available to part-time students: Ontario Special Bursary; Canada Student Loan for Part-time Students; or Special Opportunity Grants. OSAP bursaries for students with disabilities may also be available.
