Requirements for Canadian Students

Students applying for admission at Eastern Washington University must have completed secondary school with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Students are required to submit all secondary school diplomas to a private evaluation service, World Education Services (WES). Students must request that their official transcripts be sent directly to World Education Services for evaluation, by the issuing institution. Please see the WES Web site prior to submitting an application for evaluation. Students whose native language is not English must provide proof of English proficiency.

Procedure for Canadian Students

Students applying to Eastern Washington University should complete an international student application for undergraduate admission. There is a non-refundable application fee of $35.00 US. Students should provide an up to date financial statement that shows at least $26,506.00 US. They must also provide a photocopy of a valid passport, including a picture. Proof of English proficiency, photocopies of secondary school transcripts, and the World Education Services Transcript evaluation, should also be included.
