Interested students are required to complete and return the application form (online at www.notredame.sk.ca), provide a copy of final report or transcript from the previous academic year and their most recent report card, letter of recommendation from School Administration, and a non-refundable application fee of $250.00 CAD funds. International applicants must also provide a recent TOEFL or SLEP score.
