Requirements for Canadian Students

All students write a placement test at the beginning of their program and are then placed in classes based on test results. Students can begin their class on any Monday throughout the year. When registering, students can choose between full-time, Intensive, and Super Intensive studies. Full-time Program Our full-time study format consists of 20 hours per week in class, a class of four to eight students. Intensive Program Our Intensive study format consists of 20 hours per week in a class of four to eight students, plus an additional two hours per week of private lessons. Super Intensive Program Our Supper Intensive study format consists of 20 hours per week in class of four to eight students, plus an additional four hours per week of private lessons. Combining class lessons with private lessons is a very effective way of making language learning more rigorous. Students make good use of their time in class as they are able to stay focused. During their private lessons students get the one on one attention they need to improve in the areas they have particular difficulties with. Many students take advantage of their private lesson hours in order to practice their conversation skills.
