Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with a majority of credits at the College (C), University (U), College/University (M), or Open (O) level or equivalent.

Mature Student status (nineteen years of age or older as of the first day of classes and do not have an OSSD or equivalent).

Students educated outside of North America must provide an academic transcript in English that is equivalent to an OSSD. Students who were educated in a language other than English must submit an approved English Proficiency sore. Students should submit a completed application and transcript to Ontario College Application Services (OCAS) at www.ontariocolleges.ca. The application service will send your application to the colleges you have chosen. You may be asked to complete questionnaires, provide portfolios, attend interviews, and/or take part in testing or information sessions. The application processing fee is $150.00. The application fee is payable to OCAS. The equal consideration deadline for full-time diploma programs beginning in September is February 1.

International student enrollment at St. Clair College is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please apply online through the online application portal: https://international.ocas.ca/applicant/new-applicant?referring_college=STCL.

In order to complete your registration, it is essential that the applicant follows these steps:

1. 1. After receiving a Letter of Acceptance (LOA), the applicant is required to pay the full Confirmation Fee noted on the LOA.
2. 2. After the Confirmation Fee is paid, a Tuition Payment Receipt will be provided.
3. 3. After receipt of the confirmation fee, a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) will be provided.
4. 4. The final step for the international applicant to secure their seat in the specified program and semester is to upload a valid Canadian study visa through the International OCAS portal (https://international.ocas.ca/applicant/new-applicant?referring_college=STCL)

Uploaded Canadian study visas received after the maximum number of seats available for that program is surpassed will result in the LOA being revoked and the confirmation fee returned.

Confirmation fees received after the due date or once the maximum number of seats available for that program is surpassed may be subject to a return of payment.
