Successful completion of Grade 12 (Diploma or GED).
An academic Math and an academic Science (Biology, Physics or Chemistry); with one being at the grade 11 level and the other at the grade 12 level.
Example 1: If you have an academic Math at the grade 11 level you will also need an academic science at the grade 12 level.
Example 2: If you have an academic Science at the grade 11 level you will also need an academic Math at the grade 12 level.
Please note that by Academic we are indicating that it needs to be University Preparatory.
Must be eligible for a class 4 driver's license.
To apply to the Medavie HealthEd Primary Care Paramedic program applicants must submit the following:
A completed application form;
Two references;
Official transcript of Marks from High School(or equivalent)
A current resume
A photocopy of current driver's license
A photocopy of current driver's abstract
