Students require several items of equipment, which in total cost between $4000.00 and $5000.00. Please contact Frank Whites if there are any questions regarding the required equipment. Frank Whites Dive Stores are a full diving retail outlet, a variety of new and used equipment can be purchased or rented at competitive rates. In addition, applicants require a completed medical signed by a physician, front and back copies of open water certification, a log book, passport photos (22 for the Pro Plus Course, 18 for the Pro Course or 6 for the Part-time Pro Course), must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma, or mature student status - 19 years old and not attended school for at least 52 weeks. Applicants must be certified as a PADI Open Water diver or equivalent for three months or longer (Must have at least 60 logged dives upon completion of course).
