Requirements for International Students

Students applying to Bodwell Internet School must be at least 18 years of age. For our international students, a TOEIC score of 750 or a TOEFL score of 500 or higher is required for direct entry into Advanced Internet Development Diploma Program. If students have a TOEIC score of 725 or TOEFL 480, they are eligible for entry into ESL/Graphic Design/Internet Development Certificate and Diploma Program. If you have not taken a test to determine your English language level, you must arrange to do so before the start of classes. You may take the TOEIC free of charge at Bodwell Language School. The TOEIC exam is held every Thursday at 3:30 p.m. at the Language School campus located at 530 Seymour Street (2nd floor). You must call to sign up for this exam at (604) 602-7633. International students applying for longer-term study, 3 months or more, should apply early enough to allow sufficient time for the processing of student authorization.
