Requirements for Canadian Students

Completed high school (list all schools attended from Grades 10 to 12 inclusive) and copies of student's transcripts are required. They are to be submitted with the application fee.

Procedure for Canadian Students

On-location programs: Application fee of $25.00 must accompany the registration form. Applicants can print the form from the Web site, complete it, and fax it to (306) 933-9362 or send it to our postal address as specified on the contact page. Extension Program students do not require an application fee and can register any time.
