Applicants must have completed Grade 12 or an acceptable equivalent.

For your application to be considered, return the fully completed application (an online application is available at www.academyofcosmetology.com/application2005.html) and be prepared to provide us with a copy of one of the following: Grade 12 Diploma / Transcript, High School Completion Certificate, GED, or signed and sealed Grade 12 transcript of marks. We will contact you to arrange an appointment upon receipt of this application form and proof of education. Upon acceptance, we will require a non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 payable to the Academy to reserve your placement in the program. The registration fee forms part of the total cost of the program.
