Requirements for Canadian Students

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. They must also submit an essay, two references, and an autobiographical sketch. A personal interview is also required.

Procedure for Canadian Students

Applicants must complete the application form. The form is available for download from the Web site. There is a non-refundable application fee of $100.00.
