This course is ideal if you’re already in a learning support role within a school, college or other educational setting and aspiring to enhance your knowledge and skills in this specialist area.
This course will support you to develop the skills, knowledge and critical understanding necessary to effectively support both teachers and learners in the process of teaching and learning in a variety of contexts. You’ll also have the opportunity to build upon the unique features of the support role in ways that contribute to raising learner achievement, promoting a commitment to safeguarding, equality of opportunity, anti-discriminatory and inclusive practice.
