Some of the units in the program are Quality Customer Service, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Personal Attributes, Customer Service Awareness & Relations and Sales from a Customer Service Perspective.

Graduates of the Customer Service Program are equipped to provide excellent service when greeting customers, effectively resolve complaints, perform financial transactions, and provide refunds or exchanges, process applications and much more.
