|Description:||Summit’s Customer Service Program builds upon student’s knowledge and transferable skills gained though previous work and life experiences. Graduates are equipped with the skills to succeed in a communication-based and customer satisfaction-focused field. Some of the units in the program are Quality Customer Service, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Personal Attributes, Customer Service Awareness & Relations and Sales from a Customer Service Perspective.
Graduates of the Customer Service Program are equipped to provide excellent service when greeting customers, effectively resolve complaints, perform financial transactions, and provide refunds or exchanges, process applications and much more.
