| The Computerized Accounting and Bookkeeping program will provide students with a solid foundation in industry theory and practice in an online learning platform. Students will receive extensive practice using Quickbooks and Sage 50, accounting software used by small to medium size businesses. Students will learn to use standard accounting methods and tools to record transactions, perform accounting for receivables, set up payroll, and manage banking, credit cards, and tax scenarios. The program also covers basic transactions including vendor purchases and payments, account and cash sales, receipts and payments, and credit card receipts and payments. |
