Do you want to learn about globalisation and consider its impact on the people of Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Europe? This course will give you the answers you seek – and much more. There has never been a more pressing time to study International Development, as globalisation continues to impact some of the world's poorest countries, or the global South, and the reaction to globalisation continues to manifest itself in first world countries in Europe and North America, such as Brexit and the election of the protectionist US President, exacerbated by major humanitarian issues such as the refugee crisis.
Remember, because there are no general education courses, you can earn a bachelor's degree in only 3 years at UEL.
