Description:

If you have completed at least two years of university, or have graduated with a two or three-year diploma from a Community College, the Bachelor of Religious Education (BRE) degree is for you.

Combine your previous studies with a shortened program designed to provide you with the central elements of ministry training. This two-year program meets the educational requirements for credentials with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC).

  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (Paper Based) [min. 570] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 88] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Computer Based) [min. 230]
Application Notes : Applicants, whose first language is not English, unless they can demonstrate that they have studied for at least three years in an English secondary or post-secondary institution, must submit proof of English proficiency by completing the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Minimum scores of 570 (paper-based), 230 (computer-based) or 88 (internet-based test (iBT)) on TOEFL is required to be considered for admission. TOEFL scores must be received by the Registrar’s Office directly from TOEFL before an application form can be processed. Check with the Registrar’s Office if you want to submit scores from a different English proficiency test.

Applicants must have completed at least two years of university, or graduated with a two or three-year diploma from a Community College.

Applicants must also have lived a consistent Christian life within the context of a local church for at least one year prior to enrolment.
