Vet Assistant training is a rewarding way to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of animals without spending years in school.

This program provides hands-on training and prepares students for the fast-paced, quality controlled environment of a veterinary setting. Our highly-trained instructors draw on their personal work experience to provide the up-to-date skills it takes to excel in this field.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    To apply for admission, you must have Grade 12, GED or mature student status (21 years of age and one year out of high school). You must have competency with the English language and math or a passing grade on the entrance exam. Foreign students are required to have a valid Student Visa, medical insurance, and are expected to have a minimum competency with the English Language. Also: a formal interview and a typing speed of 20 words per minute.
