Description:Early childhood educators play an essential role in shaping childrens' lifelong views of learning. In this one-year program, you'll build on the knowledge gained in the Early Childhood Education certificate. The delivery format enables you to study while continuing to work in an ECE facility. You'll learn how to design, apply, and evaluate a holistic educational program, as well as advanced principles in language and literacy development, reflective practice, professionalism, ethics, and methodologies in inclusive education. There is continuing demand for qualified Early Learning and Childhood professionals. At the end of the program, you'll receive a diploma in Early Childhood Education: Advocacy, Leadership and Management.
